Jenny is the founder of Pristine Living Limited. With the background of pharmacology and beauty therapy, Jenny returned to Hong Kong from Canada in 1998. She worked for a number of international cosmetic companies before focusing on natural therapy & nutrition. She earned a professional qualification in Clinical Nutrition in the UK & US.
Since 2000, Jenny has been the guest speakers and consultant on holistic health for various organizations and publications, including Cable TV, CR 903, Harbor Junior Chamber, Rotary Club, Star Leo Cruise, Jessica code, Jessica, Cosmo, Cosmo Girl, CLP, Jardine, Phoenix Cable TV, Club O, Beauty & Hair, Apple Daily, Ming Pao Daily, The Sun Daily, Hong Kong Daily News, Singtao Daily and Hong Kong Economic Times.

SF Ho is a seasoned communication trainer with more than 15 years of experience in sales and communications. He has delivered a variety of training programs for clients such as Yahoo, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Landor Associates, Reader’s Digest, Wallem Services and MediTech Media.
Prior to developing a career in communication training, SF has worked for a number of international advertising agencies. He was a Business Director at OgilvyOne Hong Kong, providing brand strategy, direct marketing service and interactive solutions to companies such as American Express, Wynn Macau, SmarTone and Fujitsu. SF has also worked for Young & Rubicam where he was the Regional Client Service Director on Colgate-Palmolive Greater China. Before that, SF served as a Business Director at J. Walter Thompson where he managed a number of key accounts, including PCCW, Unilever, Warner Lambert and HP.
As a professional in account management, SF is experienced in the areas of selling, relationship building and client servicing.
SF graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic and obtained a Master of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Lancaster, UK.
