１. How to register as a member?

To register as our member for free, please click the "Register" button on the top right corner of the Home Page. You may also register on Facebook. Please make sure that the email address you provide us is correct and emails from our company will not be blocked or trashed by your email setting.

２. How to buy on website?

Log in to our website
Choose the products you wish to buy and add them to the Shopping Cart (Don't forget to select the color and size for certain products)
Read the terms of delivery and exchange and return policy carefully
Select a payment method
Complete payment
Arrangement for delivery will be made once your order is confirmed
You will receive a notification by email when your order has been delivered
Collect the order and sign the receipt

Each person can register for one membership account only. In case a member is found to have falsely represented another person's identity, provided false information, benefited from price discount offers dishonestly or displayed inappropriate buying behaviors in the past, Pristine Living Limited reserves the right to cancel that individual's orders and membership account without prior notice and pursue compensation for the damage that may arise.

３. Is there any expiry date on the products?

The expiry date and country of origin are clearly shown on the packaging of all the products.

４. Is there a VIP membership scheme?

A Member will be upgraded to become a VIP Member when his/her cumulative amount of purchase in a year ending December 31 reaches $5,000. A VIP Member enjoys a 10% discount on all regular price products year round.

６. What are the payment methods available when buying from Pristine Living?

· Buying from our office: Cash, Alipay, Octopus Card, FPS and Deposit to Bank Account.

· Buying from our website: Credit Card, Alipay, Octopus Card and FPS.

· To make online payment with Octopus Card, please download the Octopus APP and register an account in advance.
