·       To make online payment with Octopus Card, please download the Octopus App and register an account in advance.

Remarks:

(a) Please mark your Order ID on the payment slip, take a photo of the slip and send the picture to us via email: cs@pristine.hk or Whatsapp: 9585 8224 

(b) Payment must be made within 3 days of placing an order, failing which the order will be cancelled automatically.

(c) When an order is confirmed (within 1-2 days of placement), we will arrange delivery to your designated address or make an appointment with you for pick-up from our office or at the Jordan / Kwai Fong MTR Station. If you choose to have your order delivered by courier service, you will receive a notification by email or Whatsapp in 2 working days. Please contact us if you do not receive it.

(d) We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that may be incurred for orders delivered by post.

Your order will not ship until we receive payment.
