Color Magic

Many of the hair dyes in the market contain Ammonia and p-Phenylenediamine (PPD). Ammonia produces a pungent odor that lasts for days while PPD is a known allergen. Although these chemicals may not pose an immediate threat to our health, they can irritate the scalp and in some cases cause rashes and swelling. Besides, most hair dyes come with a range of accessories such as aluminum tubes, mixing trays, combs, gloves, hair caps and conditioners, leaving behind a lot of waste after use. 

After two years of research and development, we introduced a new generation of hair dyes – "Color Magic Herbal Color Shampoo" in September, 2010. Color Magic offers the following benefits.

1.     Free of Ammonia and PPD, it is odorless and non-irritating. The product has passed SGS safety tests.

2.     It contains natural herbal ingredients including Ginseng, Liquorice, Henna and Polygoni Multiflori Radix Extracts that nourish the hair.

3.     The application is simple and takes 20-30 minutes only .

4.     It provides effective coverage of grey hair.

5.     Sachet packaging for the ease of application and travel convenience.

6.     It uses minimal and recyclable packaging material and soy printing ink in support of a green environment.

Color Magic Herbal Color Shampoo obtained the Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence –“Class of Good” Productwi$e Label in 2014 for its eco product design.

"Color Magic Herbal Color Cream" designed for dark hair users was launched in April, 2015. This collection is also free of Ammonia and PPD, and contains natural ingredients such as Organic Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter and Polygoni Multiflori Radix. It has passed stringent SGS safety tests and received the Hong Kong Green Organisation Certification –“Good Level”of Productwi$e Certificate in 2016.

In addition to hair colors, we have developed a range of natural hair care products that include the Deep Hydrating Hair Mask, Hair Treatment Serum, Energizing Treatment Shampoo and Conditioner. Made of natural and organic ingredients, these products do not contain parabens, sulfates and phthalates, providing a safe and eco hair care solution.
